My email has been overloaded with questions about the new Treo 800w. In fairness I have not received mine yet so I have been doing research the old fashion way, reading the specs and articles from others.
Any of you that know me I look at Smartphones not for fluff but rather for business. This is the strongest business Smartphone ever released. The new 6.1 Windows Mobile powers this device to new levels as far as business is concerned. Handling the MS bundle, push email, Wifi, GPS, 2....

The radio show host, Barry Johnson and the engineer, Lindsay both commented on how much energy and excitement the call generated.

Jim,
I'm looking for new ideas on how to drive people to my website. I haven't spent money on magazines, newspaper, neighborhood, mailouts etc. for several years. For years I participated in my neighborhood newsletter by sharing yearly stats. I would split one story vs two story. I would list things such as listing price, sq footage, sold...

Our newspaper, puts an web id, as well as the Real Estate Book on each listing driving traffic to their sites. So even the print advertisers know t...

Does anyone out there know of a Lis Pendens research service for Broward County Florida. My county has a public records web site that lists LP filings. There were 267 new Foreclosure filings in my county just on Friday July 18. But the problem is it just shows you the LP paperwork filed and The name of the Plaintiff and Defendant. Not the address of the property or the Tax ID number. It does show the legal description. Someone will probably have specific information for you but just in case.....
