Cool! I was interviewed yesterday on this radio show out of Fort Lauderdale. I did something that I think you can apply to your business, particularly your presentations. I put myself in a very strong positive state before I got on the call. The radio show host, Barry Johnson and the engineer, Lindsay both commented on how much energy and excitement the call generated.

Does anyone out there know of a Lis Pendens research service for Broward County Florida. My county has a public records web site that lists LP filings. There were 267 new Foreclosure filings in my county just on Friday July 18. But the problem is it just shows you the LP paperwork filed and The name of the Plaintiff and Defendant. Not the address of the property or the Tax ID number. It does show the legal description.  Someone will probably have specific information for you but just in case.....
